Ann’s five years of experience in the industry has offered a variety of projects in both new construction and renovations. She has experience in a range of market sectors; including, healthcare, multi-family, assisted living, retail and commercial. She has also been involved with LEED documentation for a number of projects.

Ann provides leadership through mechanical and plumbing design and project management. She enjoys working with the design team from initial concept through design and construction administration.

What do you do for fun?
Ann enjoys traveling and seeing what all Kansas City has to offer, from concerts at Grinders to First Fridays in the Crossroads and West Bottoms. She is actively involved with ASHRAE at a local and society level and serves as a Chapter Advisor for a UMKC Sorority. Ann also finds the time (as little as it may be) to volunteer at SPCA Animal Shelter and her Church.
