Chris first joined PKMR in 2005 and has gained a wide variety of project experience in the design and project management of new and renovated facilities. He has been involved in numerous commissioning-focused projects and his experience spans the following market segments: educational (over 100 projects), healthcare, retail, commercial, government, and sports/venue. As a Principal, Chris’s primary responsibility is the management of clients and projects in Colorado along with growing the Denver office. He thrives on the challenge and opportunity of meeting clients and making sure projects end up successful. He is excited to build new relationships and get opportunities to work on a wide range of projects. Chris had the opportunity to move to Manhattan in 2012 and teach at Kansas State University, during which he helped open up the PKMR Manhattan office. During his tenure at K-State, he received numerous awards for his efforts in teaching and advising students, including the prestigious Clair A. Mauch Steel Ring Advisor of the Year Award in 2015. Chris has a true passion for teaching and helping young people grow in the industry and is excited to bring that to everyone at PKMR.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

When Chris is not in the office, he is usually at Home Depot preparing for his next home project, at a sporting event, or catching a Law and Order marathon on TV (dung dung).
